Change Lead

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Change Lead to support the Field Change Communications team. This role is responsible for developing and executing effective change strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes. The Change Lead will partner closely with stakeholders to ensure change initiatives are aligned with business objectives and grounded in data-driven insights.

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to support field change initiatives.
• Apply strategic thinking to anticipate impacts, risks, and adoption challenges.
• Use data, insights, and metrics to assess effectiveness and inform change approaches.
• Ensure change initiatives are focused on delivering measurable business results.
• Communicate change strategies clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Support ongoing refinement of change efforts based on feedback and performance metrics.

• 5–7 years of experience in change management, transformation, or related roles.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to design and implement effective change strategies.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes through change initiatives.
• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights, metrics, and analytics.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align change efforts to organizational goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience supporting field-based or enterprise-wide change initiatives.
• Background working within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Familiarity with communications-focused change efforts.
• Experience in financial services or professional services environments.
