Native Pet is re-imagining pet nutrition for a new generation of pet parents. We make dog-approved supplements to help consumers nourish their pets. Our clean-label products, developed with leading veterinary nutritionists, leverage whole food and superfood ingredients backed by clinical research to deliver real, functional health benefits. We are in high growth mode as we scale across the digital and retail landscapes.
Our ambition is to be the global leader in the pet consumable category.
Native Pet is seeking a Sourcing Manager to build, expand, and continuously upgrade the supplier base behind our fast-growing brand. This is not a passive procurement role. The core mandate is to find better supply before we need it. You will actively hunt for new raw material and packaging suppliers, pressure-test incumbent partners, negotiate commercial terms, and reduce risk across our supply chain as we scale.
You will own sourcing strategy end-to-end and also oversee purchasing execution, but success in this role is measured by optionality created, costs improved, and risk reduced. You’ll work closely with Finance, Quality, Planning, and Innovation and will have high visibility across leadership.
