The Registration Department plays a critical role in the Compliance Division's mission of promoting our clients' best interest while ensuring firm compliance with industry rules and regulations. Registration associates execute all tasks involved in providing and maintaining proper security registrations for FAs, BOAs, HQ associates, and branch offices.
Responsibility Summary- Maintain a high level of expertise in the registration processes.
- Ensure the accuracy of registration data provided to regulators and maintained in firm systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create efficient and effective processes that maximize value and minimize resource needs.
- Work with vendors, regulators, and other external stakeholders to understand regulatory changes, including state regulations and their applicability to firm business processes.
- Participate in special projects as assigned, represent the team as subject matter expert, and lead smaller project efforts.
- Use system, regulatory, and team function expertise to drive necessary upgrades and testing efforts.
- Support peers through daily workflow, escalation resolution, coaching opportunities, and training new associates.
- Understand and apply firm and industry policies and regulations to business decisions.
Location requirements: Candidates within commutable distance of Tempe, AZ or St. Louis, MO are expected to work in the office four days per week starting June 1, 2026. Prior to that date, they will work three days per week, preferably Tuesday through Thursday.
CompensationHiring Minimum: $55,000 Hiring Maximum: $90,600

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of securities industry experience.
