Location: St. Louis

Premier Insurance Agency is locally owned, located in south St. Louis county and has been servicing the insurance needs of residents and businesses in the surrounding area for over 30 years. We are licensed to do business, not only in Missouri, but in a number of surrounding states as well. We are looking for an energetic, adaptable and organized person to come aboard and service existing customer needs.


* Our work day runs from 9am-4pm, Monday through Friday. We include paid time off for most major holidays throughout the year as well as paid personal days for employee use at their own discretion.

Duties
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Utilize internal management system to track sales activities, manage accounts, and service client needs.
  • Work with new prospective clients, quoting their insurance needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to effectively position our products and services.
Experience/Skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated success in service and account management roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Proficiency in basic business software (Microsoft office products; web-based management systems)
  • Ability to communicate effectively while maintaining positive client relationships.
