Customer Service Rep, Customer Success Mgr./ CSM
The Truckload Account Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations while executing well & timely. Primary tasks include order management, appointment scheduling, exception oversight, customer quoting, and customer communication. As a customer facing role, this position requires a dynamic, professional individual that communicates well and maintains a strong work ethic.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties include but are not limited to the following:
- Execute Well & Timely by proactively supporting day-to-day operations
- Demonstrate the ability to “Wow” customers by creating positive customer experiences
- Work successfully under pressure, using strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proactively identify and communicate service issues; work with teammates to resolve exceptions
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills
- Work with Account Manager to ensure customer specific SOPs are comprehensive and up to date
- Help and support employee training for new team members
- Monitor KPI’s to assess trends and performance against goals and projections - play an active part in continuous improvement initiatives
- Be a student of the industry and remain current on industry trends
- Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure accurate and timely invoicing and settlement
- Other projects and administrative duties as assigned by leadership

- Ability to work independently while balancing appropriate collaboration with leadership oversight

- Able to effectively utilize computer programs including Word and Excel and TMS system
- Ability to work with a variety of people and personality styles
- Able to work within a climate controlled, fast-paced team environment, performing primarily sedentary work requiring sitting at a computer terminal for long periods of time; maintaining standard office hours and working overtime as necessary to meet customer needs
- Strong ability to persuade and positively influence others
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of logistics or transportation experience preferred
