The Product Marketing Co-op will support strategic product management and marketing initiatives across a portfolio of industrial products. This role offers hands-on experience in product roadmap planning, product launch execution, market analysis, pricing strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. The Co-op will play a key role in helping ensure alignment of list pricing across product families while supporting the execution of product growth and portfolio optimization initiatives.

This position is ideal for a student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field who is interested in developing commercial and strategic business skills within a global manufacturing environment.

The Product Marketing Co-op will support the Product Management team in driving portfolio growth, product roadmap execution, and pricing optimization initiatives across multiple product families. This role provides hands-on exposure to product strategy, market analysis, commercialization, and pricing management within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Product Managers in developing and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market needs.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research to identify industry trends and customer requirements.
  • Help coordinate cross-functional activities related to product development and launch execution.

Pricing & Commercial Excellence

  • Analyze current list pricing structures across product families and identify opportunities for alignment and optimization.
  • Identify pricing inconsistencies and gaps
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to implement pricing updates and improvements

Data, Documentation & Reporting

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data as assigned
  • Prepare basic reports, presentations, or documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and follow documentation standards

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with supervisors and team members
  • Participate in meetings, training sessions, and reviews
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and results clearly and professionally

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Eligibility for cooperative education participation through academic institution
