- Own the systems and records that keep Experitec audit‑ready and qualified to work for our customers.
- Partner closely with a Field Safety Manager who owns field execution, so you can stay focused on what you do best — systems, tracking, and follow‑through.
- Help shape how a new EHS function is built and run as Experitec continues to grow.

- Administer third‑party contractor compliance platforms (e.g., ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce) to keep Experitec's qualifications and documentation current.
- Maintain OSHA recordkeeping (300/300A/301) and track safety metrics such as TRIR and EMR used in customer prequalification.
- Coordinate and track all safety training company‑wide — assigning training, monitoring completion, and following up before requirements lapse.
- Coordinate drug testing and background screening, including administering testing platforms and managing customer‑required programs.
- Maintain safety policies, the SDS library, and emergency preparedness documentation so information is current and accessible.
- Monitor Experitec's fleet management system — location, speed, and camera‑based event data — on a set cadence, track trends and prepare regular reports for leadership.
- Administer the Safety Committee and support office/site walkthrough tracking, in partnership with the Safety Committee and employee owners.
- Maintain incident and accident logs and track corrective actions through to closure.
- Compile and communicate safety metrics and compliance updates to leadership on a regular cadence.
- Strong organization and follow‑through across many concurrent deadlines and systems.
- A reliable system of record for training, certifications, and compliance documentation across the organization.
- Accurate, audit‑ready recordkeeping that keeps Experitec qualified to work for our customers.
- Day‑to‑day monitoring of fleet safety data, flagging patterns and escalating serious or repeat events to the Field Safety Manager.
- Dependable support that lets field teams focus on their work instead of paperwork.
- Clear, regular reporting that keeps leadership informed on safety metrics and program status.
- A collaborative partnership with the Field Safety Manager to keep systems and field execution aligned.
