Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate organizational projects, initiatives, and reporting processes while ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
• Support executive and operational leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expense tracking, and special projects
• Monitor GATA applications, reporting requirements, submissions, and closeout processes to ensure compliance with state and funding requirements
• Manage client grievance and OIG reporting processes while ensuring organizational and regulatory timelines are met
• Serve as a liaison for organizational and housing boards by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, recording minutes, and maintaining required documentation
• Prepare agendas, coordinate guest participation, attend meetings, and track action items and follow-up activities
• Generate and distribute operational, payroll, compliance, census, and performance reports that support organizational oversight
• Develop surveys, dashboards, and reporting tools that assist leadership in monitoring organizational performance and initiatives
• Assist with credentialing processes and related administrative activities as needed
• Support operational leaders in maintaining key business controls, performance metrics, and process improvements
• Collaborate with departments across the organization to support operational efficiency and successful project completion
• Maintain professional and productive working relationships with leadership, team members, community partners, board members, and external stakeholders

Education, Experience, and/or Credential

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Project Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of administrative, executive support, project coordination, operations support, or business support experience
• Experience supporting senior leaders, executives, directors, or operational teams preferred
