We are seeking an experienced Program Manager (L5) to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs and strategic transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program ownership, stakeholder management, governance, financial oversight, risk management, and successful delivery of complex business and technology programs. The role requires strong leadership skills, executive stakeholder engagement, and expertise in driving programs across multiple teams and work streams.
Key Responsibilities- Define program vision, objectives, scope, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Lead large, complex programs spanning multiple projects and teams.
- Drive strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and program outcomes.
- Develop integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency maps.
- Coordinate project managers, delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
- Monitor program health, progress, and delivery commitments.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning across projects.
- Drive execution excellence and delivery predictability.
- Establish governance frameworks, steering committees, and reporting mechanisms.
- Serve as the primary contact for executive and senior business stakeholders.
- Facilitate program reviews, status meetings, and executive updates.
- Communicate program progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Build trusted relationships across business and technology organisations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues.
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).
- Drive proactive resolution of escalations and programme roadblocks.
- Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and teams.
- Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Monitor financial performance against approved budgets.
- Support revenue forecasting, cost optimisation, and utilisation tracking.
- Ensure efficient resource allocation across work streams.
- Drive Agile, Scrum, and SAFe delivery practices.
- Facilitate release planning, program increment planning, and backlog reviews.
- Track program KPIs and delivery metrics.
- Implement process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure quality, compliance, and delivery standards are met.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Strong experience in governance, risk management, and executive communications.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
