Location: St. Louis

Hands-on exposure to some of the most desirable vehicles in the world, working closely with our Inventory and Recon teams

A clear growth path within a fast-growing company, with real opportunity to build a long-term career in the luxury automotive space

Ownership of a critical function: managing the Rapid Recon CRM that tracks every vehicle from arrival to sale-ready

What you'll do

Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date vehicle records in the Rapid Recon CRM

Coordinate vehicle repairs directly with outside vendors, from scheduling through completion

Provide leadership with frequent, clear updates on vehicle status and repair costs

Organize and log administrative paperwork in the CRM, working closely with the Back of House team

Log current mileage for all on-site vehicles weekly in Dealer Center

Research vendors and vehicle parts to support the Inventory Manager

Help schedule service appointments and monitor repair timelines

Upload receipts and invoices into Rapid Recon and keep work orders current

Walk the lot weekly to flag vehicles needing touch-up paint, wheel repair, interior work, or washing

Report any check-engine lights or mechanical concerns to the Inventory Manager

Monitor and document vehicle deliveries and pickups according to RP Exotics standards

What we're looking for

You're self-motivated and take ownership.

You communicate clearly and follow through, especially when coordinating with vendors and leadership.

You're detail-oriented and can keep a CRM accurate and organized even when things move fast.

You adapt quickly when priorities shift.

You hold yourself to a high standard and don't need someone looking over your shoulder.

You take pride in doing things right, not just checking a box.

At least two years of inventory management experience is preferred, but we welcome professionals from logistics, operations, luxury retail, or other detail-driven industries who are ready to build a career in the luxury automotive space. You'll also need a clean driving record, comfort operating manual transmissions, and to be at least 21 years old to drive vehicles to and from local vendors.

A five-day work week with Saturday availability required during dealership hours (one weekday off in exchange)

  • Paid time off
Closing

We're a team of approximately thirty professionals building something special. We're intentional about who joins our team because culture matters.

We work hard.

We challenge each other.

We celebrate success together.

Most importantly, we care about doing things the right way for our clients and for one another.

If that sounds like the type of company you've been looking for, a career where your growth is determined by your ambition and where you'll be surrounded by people who are committed to excellence — we'd love to start a conversation.
