Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in the area of Marketing/Brand Management required; MBA Degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- 3-5+ years of Amazon eCommerce, digital commerce, agency, retail, or brand management experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex Amazon businesses and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Vendor Central.
- Experience with forecasting, financial analysis, profitability management, and inventory planning.
- Strong client relationship management and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic recommendations and drive business growth.
- Exceptional written, verbal, organizational, and project management skills.
Position Summary:
The Account Supervisor, Amazon eCommerce serves as the strategic business lead and primary client partner responsible for driving Amazon growth across a portfolio of brands. This role leads the development and execution of Amazon business strategies, identifies growth opportunities, manages cross-functional initiatives, and provides guidance to clients, internal teams, and Amazon stakeholders to achieve short- and long-term business objectives. The Account Supervisor functions as the central point of coordination between client teams, Amazon, analytics, supply chain, content, media, and agency partners while ensuring executional excellence and profitable growth.
The role combines strategic leadership, financial acumen, retailer expertise, client relationship management, and operational oversight to deliver best-in-class Amazon performance.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Leadership
- Serve as the strategic business lead across assigned Amazon brands and categories.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth, consumer acquisition, and incremental revenue generation.
- Develop strategic recommendations supporting both short-term performance objectives and long-term business growth.
- Evaluate new product opportunities, launch strategies, and Amazon-exclusive assortment opportunities.
- Lead strategic planning for Amazon tentpole events and promotional opportunities.
- Recommend merchandising, digital shelf, promotional, and consumer engagement initiatives to increase revenue and conversion.
- Provide industry expertise and best-in-class Amazon recommendations based on market trends, retailer updates, and emerging opportunities.
Client Leadership & Account Management
- Own relationships with key client stakeholders and serve as a trusted business advisor.
- Manage communication flow between client teams, Amazon stakeholders, and other agency partners.
- Ensure alignment between client business objectives and Amazon execution strategies.
- Provide ongoing business reviews, recommendations, performance updates, and strategic guidance.
- Support preparation and post-analysis of Amazon Vendor Negotiations (AVNs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and strategic planning sessions.
Financial & Business Management
- Conduct Amazon profitability analysis and provide recommendations that improve business performance.
- Assist with accrual analysis and profitability assessments in partnership with client sales and finance teams.
- Analyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, inventory health, and operational metrics.
- Support forecasting initiatives through sales projections, promotional lift assumptions, inventory planning, and demand modeling.
- Monitor inventory levels, Weeks of Cover (WOC), and promotional readiness to mitigate supply risks and maximize sales opportunities.
