Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platform services, including account hierarchy infrastructure, balancing new capability development, technical debt reduction, and adoption across multiple Program Increments
Operate with a platform ownership mindset — take initiative, make decisions, and drive outcomes without waiting for direction in ambiguous environments
Author high-quality Features and User Stories with quantified problem statements, measurable outcomes, clear scope boundaries, testable acceptance criteria (GIVEN/WHEN/THEN), identified dependencies, and mitigations
Lead Feature and Story decomposition, breaking platform capabilities into well-scoped, ready-to-execute work prioritized using frameworks such as ICE (Impact, Confidence, Ease)
Own execution readiness by driving PI Planning preparation, maintaining a healthy team backlog with clear prioritization, resolved dependencies, and well-refined work sequenced prior to sprint execution
Partner with architects and senior engineers on technical design reviews, contributing meaningfully to discussions on authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML), authorization models (RBAC, ABAC), and security patterns
Ensure technical decisions are well-documented and aligned with enterprise architecture, security requirements, and compliance standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for owned platform capabilities across all Agile Release Trains, communicating platform capabilities, changes, and migration paths to consuming teams
Facilitate the creation and maintenance of product documentation including platform vision, capability guardrails, and onboarding guides
Drive adoption of platform capabilities across the organization, identifying and removing friction points in platform consumption and holding consuming teams accountable to committed timelines
Measure and improve the developer experience for teams integrating with your platforms, tracking adoption metrics, usage patterns, and customer satisfaction
Define and track success metrics for owned platforms, including adoption rate, integration time, incident rates, and developer satisfaction
Contribute to operational visibility through dashboards and data-driven decision-making, and participate in business reviews and roadmap readouts with leadership
Monitor relevant technical trends and emerging technologies to inform product vision and build compelling narratives for platform investments to leadership and stakeholders
SkillsStrong technical fluency in identity and access management concepts including authentication, authorization, SSO, OIDC/OAuth, and RBAC/ABAC, or comparable platform domains
Ability to read and reason about code — reviewing pull requests, understanding system behavior from source, and…
