The

Team You’ll Join

ENV’s Strategic Sourcing & Procurement team is a highly collaborative, enterprise-focused group that partners closely with executive leaders to help the company move faster, spend smarter, and manage third party risk effectively. Our goals are simple but meaningful: deliver measurable value, enable better business decisions, reduce risk, and help our internal partners work with great suppliers. We operate end to end, supporting everything from early-stage supplier strategy and complex negotiations to contracting, procure to pay, and ongoing supplier management.

Our impact is visible, trusted, and felt across the company.

We are curious, pragmatic, and laser-focused on serving our internal customers. Team members are empowered to lead, encouraged to think strategically, and supported as they grow their skills across sourcing, negotiation, risk management, and stakeholder influence. We value transparency, empathy, and mutual respect—and take pride in being the kind of team internal customers genuinely want to work with. If you enjoy meaningful work, smart colleagues, and the chance to shape how a company engages with its suppliers, you’ll feel right at home here.
