Great Hill Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to support the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) Navy Medicine Records Activity (NMRA) , with records processing services. The required services support the release of information, data collection and analysis, tracking tool coordination, training coordination, and project management for the proper retirement of service treatment records (STRs). This is an on-site position in St.
Louis, Missouri .
- Oversee project execution by maintaining oversight and administrative control over the project and leading the project team.
- Act as the contractor’s authorized representative for operational matters, ensuring compliance with NMRA standards and timelines.
- O versee daily workflow, staffing coverage, production targets, and quality assurance within a federal or healthcare records environment.
- Develop monthly progress reports, executive summaries, dashboards, and KPI tracking (accuracy, turnaround times, volume metrics).
- Lead weekly status meetings, monthly progress reviews, and quarterly program reviews; skilled in agenda creation, minutes, and action ‑ item tracking.
- Maintaining SOPs, trackers, documentation controls, and compliance with HIPAA/FOIA and records ‑ management standards.
- Background in coaching, mentoring, conducting 1:1s, providing feedback, and serving as liaison between corporate leadership and onsite personnel.
- Monitor and enforce contract performance metrics, including 99.8% redaction accuracy, letter accuracy, and production throughput.
- Identify operational risks and performance gaps, implementing effective mitigation strategies and workflow improvements that enabled proactive contingency planning and enhanced operational resilience.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access) and Adobe Acrobat; ability to produce metric charts, schedules, and briefing materials.
- Maintain centralized repositories (SharePoint/Teams), support onboarding, capture lessons learned and sustain training documentation.
- Assist with mail entry, QA data entry, red actions, training, file releases, and other operational tasks during high ‑ volume or staffing gaps.
