The Enterprise Mobility Supervisor Trainee Internship is your fast track to building real-world business acumen, leadership skills, and a career that goes far beyond the classroom!

You’ll be a paid intern immersed in the dynamic world of our reservations division—learning the ins and outs of a top-tier contact center operation. You won’t just shadow professionals—you’ll be one. You’ll tackle the same challenges as our full-time team members, gaining hands‑on experience in coaching, leading, and developing others in a fast‑paced, team‑driven environment.

This 12-week program offers a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule. This program will start May 17th and run through August 6th.

This internship is primarily located at our Weldon Spring office. There will be scheduled days when work is performed at our Lakeside and Corporate locations.

This position offers a starting pay of $ 17.25 / hour and includes paid training and more.

This 12-week summer internship is targeting current rising Seniors at Colleges/Universities. The end goal of this internship program is to start in a position with Enterprise Mobility as a Supervisor Trainee in May 2028 (offer extended based on performance).

When you join our Supervisor Trainee Internship Program, you'll soon discover that every day is different because it is filled with new, exciting, rewarding and often unexpected opportunities. For a season, we’ll put you in the middle of everything, just like our Supervisor Trainees. We’ll give you the chance to develop the skills you need to supervise a team, take care of customers, and build relationships with customers and coworkers.

During our internship, you’ll use the skills you learn to complete tasks and projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers. You may also be eligible for incentives and employee referral rewards.

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028
• Must live in St. Louis or the immediate surrounding area for the duration of the internship
• Must be willing to work out of our Weldon Spring, Lakeside and Corporte offices
