Content and Data Analyst

Content and Data Analyst | St. Louis, MO

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Content and Data Analyst to help manage the quality and integrity of product information across our organization.

In this role, you'll go beyond maintaining product information. You'll analyze data from multiple sources, investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, evaluate customer requirements, and recommend solutions that improve product-data quality, business processes, and the customer experience.

• Analyze product and content data across multiple systems and identify discrepancies, trends, and data-quality risks.
• Independently investigate complex product-information issues and determine or recommend appropriate resolutions.
• Perform data audits and reconcile information across Microsoft D365, internal databases, ecommerce platforms, customer systems, and Excel.
• Analyze root causes of recurring data issues and recommend process and control improvements.
• Develop reports, dashboards, trackers, and analytical tools that support business decisions.
• Evaluate new-item and product-change information for completeness, accuracy, and downstream impact.
• Interpret customer product-data requirements and recommend solutions that balance customer and business needs.
• Evaluate ecommerce, catalog, proof, and customer-facing product information for accuracy and quality.
• Serve as a product-content and data-quality resource to cross-functional business partners.
• Recommend improvements to product-data standards, processes, workflows, and governance.
• Independently manage assigned data and content initiatives and communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3–5 years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment when investigating and resolving business or data issues.
• Strong Excel and data-analysis capabilities.
• Experience identifying trends, reconciling data, performing root-cause analysis, and developing recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage priorities and projects.
• Experience with Microsoft D365, PIM systems, Power BI, ecommerce platforms, customer portals, or similar business applications is preferred.
