As a Program Analyst, you will make an impact by supporting key business operations through data analysis, reporting, customer support, and process coordination. - Provide operational and technical support to internal teams, ensuring timely resolution of issues and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Generate, maintain, and analyze reports to support business operations, process improvements, and data-driven decision-making.
- Review and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Manage enrollment-related reports and activities while maintaining data integrity and ensuring timely processing.
- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, contributing to team objectives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform data entry, documentation management, and tracking of operational metrics and activities.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify operational challenges, recommend solutions, and support business goals.
- Assist in monitoring performance metrics and preparing reports for leadership and operational teams.
- Experience in customer service, data entry, help desk support, operations, or a related business support role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage, review, and analyze data.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize workload effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Experience generating reports and performing basic to intermediate data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with team members in a remote environment.
- Experience working with enrollment processes, operational reporting, or business support functions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, Pivot Tables, and data manipulation.
- Experience with reporting tools, dashboards, or business intelligence platforms.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and best practices.
- Experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
This is a fully remote, part-time position. Associates will work remotely while collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to support operational activities and business objectives.
