Given the significant travel requirements, extensive field presence needed, and the high-risk nature of wireless operations, this position requires a competitive compensation package to attract and retain qualified EHS professionals with experience in telecommunications construction, tower work, fall protection, rigging, and regulatory compliance.
- Increase EHS coverage across wireless operations.
- Reduce exposure to serious injuries and potential fatalities associated with high-risk work activities.
- Improve compliance with OSHA, customer, and company safety requirements.
- Enhance field engagement, coaching, and hazard recognition.
- Support incident prevention and rapid response to safety concerns.
- Strengthen customer confidence and project performance.
