Lockton is offering a 10-week Summer Intern program in its People Solutions team. Interns will be embedded with client teams, gaining exposure to employee benefits consulting and Lockton tools through comprehensive training and hands-on projects.
Interns will work alongside associates, participate in coaching sessions, and have opportunities to network with clients and carrier partners. Housing is not provided, and successful candidates will have strong communication and analytical abilities.
