Recreation Assistant Summer Camps

This is a part-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO. As a Recreation Assistant for Summer Camps, you will assist in organizing and leading recreational activities for camp participants. Your duties may include supervising children during activities, supporting the setup and takedown of recreational equipment, ensuring a safe environment, and providing guidance and assistance to participants. You will also communicate with campers, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all involved.

• Skills in Recreation activities, such as planning and leading engaging events and activities.
• Experience with Lifeguarding and ensuring participant safety during water-related activities, if applicable.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff.
• Strong Customer Service abilities to provide a positive and welcoming environment for camp participants and their families.
• Knowledge or experience in Golf activities is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Previous experience working with children in a structured setting is an advantage.
