Mechanical Estimator - Special Projects Division - Travel

This role focuses on HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing projects with values up to $10M, primarily in fast-paced retrofit and remodel environments.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
• Perform detailed material and labor take-offs
• Prepare accurate, competitive bid proposals for special projects
• Coordinate and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Identify project risks, scope gaps, and cost-saving opportunities
• Support project teams with clear, well-documented estimates

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of mechanical estimating experience

• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, piping, sheet metal, and plumbing systems

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Experience estimating retrofit and remodel projects

• Familiarity with Quote Soft is a plus, but not required

• Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
