• Project management experience in multi‑family and wood‑frame construction
• Experience overseeing all aspects of a project from cradle to grave
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints, manage schedules and financials
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and proven organizational skills

• Minimum 8 years multi‑family and senior living construction experience preferred
• Experience in ground‑up construction
• Effective manager of budget, materials, and time
• Ability to travel
