MajorJob Duties
The Project Coordinator helps keep construction projects organized, on schedule, and properly documented. This role supports project managers with scheduling, vendor coordination, bidding, contracts, and project closeout tasks.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Primary Responsibilities- Help track and maintain project schedules
- Keep project information updated in company systems (ESRI, Fieldwire, etc.)
- Assist with preparing bid documents and collecting proposals
- Help manage vendor relationships and maintain contractor databases
- Create purchase orders and send contracts for signature
- Ensure required documents are collected before work begins (insurance, safety forms, etc.)
- Support project closeout by collecting warranties and manuals
- Coordinate team meetings and maintain organized project records
- Assist with other construction team duties as needed

- Accuracy – Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
- Analytical Skills – Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve problems
- Attention to Detail – Ability to manage detailed documentation from start to finish

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; degree in any field accepted with relevant experience
OR equivalent combination of education and related construction/project coordination experience - 2–4 years of experience coordinating or supporting construction/engineering projects
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel required)
