Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of outcomes, and knows how to balance schedule, budget, and client relationships.
What You’ll Do- Manage commercial construction projects from award through final completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports
- Lead project planning, buyout, subcontractor coordination, and contract administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
- Collaborate closely with Superintendents to ensure field execution aligns with project plans
- Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitor project financials, forecasts, and risk to ensure profitability
- Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction means and methods
- Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractor scopes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Excel, etc.)
- Background in healthcare, education, industrial, or large-scale commercial projects
- Experience with negotiated, design-build, or CM at Risk delivery methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
