Title:
Superintendent - Ground Up Construction
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
Responsibilities- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, labor, materials, and equipment to maintain schedule and productivity
- Enforce safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance on every jobsite
- Coordinate daily with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and design teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to proactively identify issues
- Maintain accurate daily reports, schedules, and progress documentation
- Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards across all phases of construction
- Travel extensively to active project sites as required
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Proven experience supervising projects in a traveling capacity
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules
- Strong safety mindset with a track record of accident-free projects
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (regional and/or national)
- Experience with healthcare, industrial, manufacturing, or specialty commercial projects
- OSHA 30 certification
- Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
