Construction Senior Project Manager (St. Louis, MO)

We are a general contractor based in St. Louis leading large commercial construction projects, specifically healthcare facilities. We are looking for an experienced project manager to lead healthcare construction projects.

• 7+ years of experience leading large‑scale commercial construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Previous project experience of $10M or more preferable
• Proven record of completing projects on time and within budget
• Strong ground‑up commercial construction experience, including renovation work

• Ensure project success across safety, schedule, profitability, quality and customer satisfaction
• Drive business development with client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations and negotiations
• Establish professional relationships with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors
• Administer contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc.
• Coordinate with appropriate team members and business clientele
