• Lead all on-site construction activities, including subcontractors, labor, and consultants
• Oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost performance for assigned projects
• Develop and manage site‑specific safety and quality plans
• Coordinate schedules, track milestones, and run daily/weekly field meetings
• Partner with project teams and clients to ensure successful project execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field with 5+ years of experience
• Prior experience as a traveling superintendent preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction plans, specs, and scheduling (CPM)
• OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred
