Construction Coordinator 1 (Exempt). Immediate Supervisor:
Operations Manager. Overtime

This role requires travel across Southeast Missouri. Responsibilities include daily supervision and operation of one construction project and/or one crew.

• Verify field location and nature of work by inspecting the project.
• Confirm quality and quantity of work completed each day.
• Maintain acceptable performance standards and metrics for the crew.
• Maintain contract schedule.
• Handle all administrative functions necessary to document work—ordering and tracking supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
• Ensure safety practices and procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned to achieve established goals.

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to complete assignments with no supervision and self‑direct daily activities.
• Organized and motivated to provide project support as directed.
• Conscientious professional with a pleasant phone manner and excellent organizational skills.
• 1–3 years of prior construction experience in the field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
