We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail‑oriented, highly motivated Construction Senior Project Manager to join our fast‑paced and innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Construction Project Management, a Civil Engineering Degree and previous leadership experience.

• A minimum of 15+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Proven track record in managing construction projects successfully from start to finish.
• Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting.
• Excellent team leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering team collaboration and maintaining high levels of team morale.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
• Solid decision‑making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to think strategically and act proactively.
• Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
