Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year
A full‑service site preparation construction company specializing in site utility construction and earthwork services.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage all phases of site development projects.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the installation of underground “wet” utilities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and client specifications.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively and efficiently.
- Mentor and help develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Actively and effectively communicate with the entire team – from the office to the field – to ensure overall project success.
- Drive innovative solutions to complex challenges.
- Attend industry meetings, events, and professional training courses.
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on site development.
- Strongly preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. - Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects involving underground utilities and earthwork services.
- Preferred experience in preconstruction/estimating to support a comprehensive approach to the project lifecycle.
- A passion for, and commitment to, continuous learning and professional development.
