Location: St. Louis
Sevan Multi-Site Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for commercial retail construction projects across the United States. This role requires overseeing jobsite safety, subcontractor coordination, and execution from groundbreaking through closeout.
The initial projects will be based in New Mexico but will require 90-100% nationwide travel. The position demands significant experience in construction, with at least 7 years in total and 3 years as a Superintendent.
Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 based on qualifications and experience, along with benefits including health insurance and PTO.
