• Estimate commercial re-roof and new construction projects
• Perform site visits and field measurements
• Prepare bid packages and pricing proposals
• Review plans, specifications, and project requirements

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
• Advanced Estimating Edge experience required
• Experience with Single ply & Sheet Metal roofing systems
