We are seeking experienced Asphalt Equipment Operators to join our National Paving Team. This position plays a critical role in paving operations and requires frequent travel to projects throughout the Midwest.
- Safely and efficiently operate asphalt paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, milling machines, and other related equipment.
- Support paving crews by maintaining consistent production and helping achieve project schedules and quality standards.
- Monitor equipment performance during operations and communicate any issues to supervisors.
- Follow grade, alignment, and paving specifications to ensure quality workmanship.
- Assist with site setup, traffic control measures, and daily operational activities as needed.
- Work closely with crew members to maintain a safe, productive, and team-oriented jobsite.
- Conduct basic pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
- 3+ years of experience operating asphalt paving equipment in a construction environment.
- Proven experience with asphalt paving operations, including roadway, parking lot, or site development projects.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a traveling paving crew.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Midwest.
- Valid driver's license required; CDL A/B preferred but not required.
