As a Traveling Superintendent, your key responsibility will be on‑job site oversight of multiple crews including scheduling, logistics, job‑site setup, owner meetings, tracking production, and more. You will manage several projects simultaneously and coordinate with the General Superintendent, Michels Safety staff, foreman, Project Managers, and others.

• 5+ years of related experience and/or training in the construction industry
• Ability to travel up to 75%
• Experience with structural concrete construction and subcontract management
• Knowledge of forming systems, mix designs, and admixtures desired
• Valid driver’s license for required vehicles and acceptable driving record
