• Hourly pay of $20-25/hr depending on experience

Bone Dry Roofing is looking for a dedicated Masonry Apprentice to become part of our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals interested in developing a skilled trade career while gaining practical experience alongside seasoned masonry professionals.

As a Masonry Apprentice, you will support a variety of restoration, repair, and construction projects, helping with material preparation, site setup, and the execution of quality masonry work. You will learn industry techniques, follow established safety practices, and contribute to projects that meet the company’s high standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with material preparation and site setup
• Perform tasks under the supervision of experienced masons
• Adhere to safety protocols on active job sites
• Travel between locations using a company‑provided vehicle
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds and climb ladders as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record that meets company and insurance standards
• Ability to pass a background check and pre‑employment drug screening
• Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
• Physical ability to perform demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Previous construction or masonry experience is beneficial but not required
• Dependable, eager to learn, and committed to a long‑term future in the masonry industry
