Estimator, Construction, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

• Manage commercial construction projects from award through completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field leadership to ensure timely execution
• Lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders
• Review contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and company procedures
• Provide accurate project reporting and forecasting to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong understanding of construction means and methods
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience)
