As a Masonry Apprentice, you will support a variety of restoration, repair, and construction projects. Duties include preparing materials, setting up sites, and executing quality masonry work under the guidance of seasoned professionals. You will learn industry techniques, follow established safety practices, and contribute to projects that meet our high standards for craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
QualificationsPrevious construction or masonry experience is beneficial but not required. Candidates must be dependable, eager to learn, and committed to building a long‑term future in the masonry industry. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license, maintain a driving record that meets company and insurance standards, and successfully complete a background check and pre‑employment drug screening. The role is primarily on active job sites and requires regular travel between locations using a company‑provided vehicle.
Candidates should be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 pounds and climbing ladders.
