Mission
Own schedule, budget, scope, and communication for remodel projects. You orchestrate trades, protect margin and client experience, and deliver zero‑punch close‑outs.
Responsibilities- Build and manage CPM‑lite schedules; sequence trades and inspections
- Scope maps, takeoffs review, PO management, and change‑order control
- Daily standups, safety/toolbox talks; enforce site protection and cleanliness
- Client communication cadence; expectation setting; elevate red/yellow risks
- Company Cam logs, Click Up tasking, close‑out packages (warranties, lien releases)
- 5+ years residential PM (bath/kitchen/interior remodels)
- Strong estimating literacy and margin discipline; permit/inspection fluency
- Software:
Click Up, Google Drive, Company Cam; clear writing and documentation - Reliable vehicle; on‑site presence as needed
