MEP Senior Project Manager - Mission Critical / Data Center Construction

I'm partnering with a rapidly growing contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager for one of the Midwest's largest and most technically challenging mission-critical data center projects
.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a data center fit-out
, leading a major interior build-out of an existing facility over the next two years. You'll be responsible for driving project execution on site, managing subcontractors, and delivering critical electrical infrastructure safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Lead the delivery of a mission-critical data center project
  .
• Manage all on-site subcontractors from mobilization through closeout.
• Oversee major construction packages including:
• Medium-voltage electrical infrastructure
• Low-voltage systems
• Generators
• Structural steel
• Interior fit-out
• Play a key role in one of the region's flagship mission-critical developments with a strong pipeline of future projects.

• Senior Project Manager experience on large, complex construction projects.
• Medium-voltage electrical experience is essential.
• Strong background in electrical infrastructure, MEP coordination, and subcontractor management.
• Data center experience is preferred but candidates from industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or other complex construction environments are encouraged to apply.
