The role covers estimating, quantity take-offs, bid development, and GMP estimate preparation for earthwork, sitework, and yard piping on water/wastewater projects nationwide. The estimator will lead civil estimates, collaborate with engineers, and coordinate with subcontractors and owners, ensuring accurate cost models and aggressive value
