Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in data center and heavy industrial construction. This role will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality objectives are met while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

This is an opportunity to manage technically complex builds in mission-critical and industrial environments, including large-scale infrastructure, MEP-intensive facilities, and high-performance structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all phases of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution
  • Oversee preconstruction efforts including conceptual estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost controls
  • Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and owners
  • Manage risk, change orders, and contract administration
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and quality control programs
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and support staff
  • Maintain strong client relationships and identify future opportunities
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing heavy industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, structural concrete, steel erection, and industrial processes
  • Experience with GMP, CMAR, or Design-Build delivery methods
  • Proven success managing large budgets and complex schedules
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
