As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting strategic growth by providing overall project leadership and ensuring client satisfaction from start to finish. Essential duties and responsibilities include serving as the initial point of contact with clients to assess project scope and required resources, preparing complete and accurate project estimates, overseeing total construction efforts to ensure projects are delivered according to design, budget, and schedule, coordinating with clients, architects/engineers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders, planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site functions such as scheduling, engineering, and material control, providing leadership and oversight to superintendents and subcontractors as required, offering technical guidance, interpreting drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, and managing change orders, ensuring productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual compliance, preparing monthly project status reports, including cost forecasts and progress updates, leading pre-construction efforts when assigned, providing guidance and direction to the team, maintaining organized and accurate project documentation, managing administrative responsibilities including contracts, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence, maintaining responsibility for overall project profitability, preparing and coordinating all required project closeout documentation, partnering closely with site leadership to coordinate daily trade activities, and performing other duties as assigned.
