Senior Project Manager St. Louis, MO Full-Time On-Site $140,000 - $180,000 /yr
Job Title: Senior Project Manager Job Location: St. Louis, MO Salary: $140k-$180k + Benefits + Vehicle + 401k Match + Benefits + PTO
Requirements: Experience as Construction Project Manager + experience ground up commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, or related projects

- Lead Project Management efforts including planning and coordinating all aspects of the project, including budget, timeline, and resources.
- Communicate with construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project progress and quality standards.
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues and make recommendations for improvements.
- Monitor and ensure quality control and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure it is within estimated timeline and budget
- Review project documents including contracts, change orders, and project plans
- 8+ Years Experience as Construction Project Manager
- Experience on Ground-Up Projects for Commercial, Industrial, or Healthcare
- Bachelors degree is a plus but not required
