Lead Scheduler

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules for construction projects
• Ensure all stages of the construction process are accurately planned and executed on time
• Support project management teams across self-performed and subcontractor scopes of work
• Independently or collaboratively create high-level master schedules for projects of varying size and complexity
• Develop summary-level through detailed activity/resource-loaded schedules
• Build master schedules with operations, clients, designers, and trade partners
• Perform critical schedule analysis and recommend adjustments to improve outcomes
• Ensure project schedules conform to contract requirements and specifications
• Participate in estimating and project meetings, providing scheduling input, recommendations, and value engineering advice
• Prepare and present project schedules and narratives to clients and stakeholders
• Identify and manage potential risks and develop contingency plans
• Perform Time Impact Analysis (TIA)

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business Administration preferred, or experience in lieu of degree
• 8+ years of experience in Project Scheduling, preferably on heavy civil and heavy industrial construction projects
• Proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and/or Primavera P6
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience performing critical path, earned value, and schedule impact analysis preferred
• Ability to work with estimators, project team members, subcontractors, engineers, contracting partners, and clients
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects concurrently
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Background in Civil Engineering or related fields
• Deep understanding of construction processes
• Willingness to travel to St. Louis once a month when based at an Ohio location

Demonstrates expertise in Project Scheduling for construction projects, with proficiency in Oracle Primavera Cloud and/or Primavera P6. Capable of performing critical path analysis, time impact analysis, and managing project schedules to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
