Inside Sales Representative

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Commercial Roofing Inside Sales Coordinator in St. Louis, MO.

This role serves as a key connection between customers, vendors, contractors, project teams, and operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with estimating, takeoffs, blueprint review, construction materials, purchasing, project coordination, or building products distribution.

• Prepare customer quotations and material estimates for commercial roofing projects
• Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents to develop accurate takeoffs
• Coordinate purchasing and material procurement activities
• Support project scheduling and job coordination efforts
• Work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project success
• Process customer orders and maintain project documentation
• Monitor material pricing and supplier availability
• Assist customers with product selection and roofing system recommendations
• Track projects from bid stage through completion
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

• 2+ years of experience in estimating, project coordination, construction materials, inside sales, building products distribution, commercial roofing, or a related construction industry
• Ability to read blueprints, plans, and specifications
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs and material estimates
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), Plan Swift, or similar estimating software is preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
