Project Manager - Industrial Warehouse

St Louis | $140K–$170K Base + Bonus | Full Benefits

We are partnered with a well-established regional general contractor to place a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in their St Louis market. This firm delivers a diverse mix of industrial and commercial projects across the Upper Midwest and is looking for a self-sufficient PM who can run projects with minimal oversight

• sManage industrial and commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout — budget, schedule, subcontractors, and owner communications
• .Lead procurement and buyout; manage trade partners through construction and punch list
• .Coordinate with field superintendents on daily execution, logistics, and quality control
• .Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, and monthly owner reporting

• s5–12 years of construction PM experience in industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or commercial sectors
• .Comfortable owning projects $10M–$50M with full budget and schedule accountability
• .Strong communicator with owner-facing experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• .Proficient in Procore or similar PM software. OSHA 30 required
