Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.

The firm is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for delivering projects successfully across budget, schedule, quality, and client satisfaction metrics. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who excels at team coordination, client communication, and accountability throughout all phases of construction.

• Lead overall project execution, including financial performance and delivery strategy.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing project teams.
• Oversee project cost controls, forecasting, pay applications, and profitability.
• Develop, track, and communicate detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Manage change orders, subcontractor buyouts, and contract execution.
• Identify project risks early and implement practical, client-focused solutions.
• Maintain site logistics and build plans to meet constructability goals.
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, including OSHA compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, owners, and project partners.
• Support professional development of team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive project management experience in commercial construction.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, cost control, scheduling, and construction operations.
  • Proficiency with project management and cost forecasting software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred:
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex project challenges.
  • Experience with subcontractor negotiations and dispute resolution.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software and BIM tools.
