Turner & Townsend is seeking a Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor to support construction cost services on a large-scale, multi-phase campus development in the St. Louis, MO area. This on-site role requires a client-focused professional with 3–5 years in cost management in construction.
The ideal candidate will manage procurement strategies, estimating, cost reporting, and post-contract cost control while supporting value engineering and risk assessments. On-site presence 3x per week is expected.
