As a Mid-Weight Creative Artworker, you will be integral to our studio's success, blending art and technology to produce captivating brand experiences. Your role is vital in maintaining brand consistency and contributing to the production process from start to finish.

• Manage and contribute to design projects from conception to completion.
• Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
• Participate in overseeing production processes to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
• Contribute to a team environment that fosters creativity and problem-solving.
• Balance and prioritize multiple projects of varying scopes and scales.
• Use advanced artwork software to create and refine designs.
• Work with new or existing presentation decks to create visually appealing, persuasive, effective presentations.
• Stay current with the latest technological advancements in design and artwork creation.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
• Support and live Momentum’s values.
• All other duties as required.

• 3+ years’ experience in artwork or related fields.
• Strong skills in artwork software and technologies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A creative thinker with strategic insight.
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement solutions under pressure.
• Commitment to personal and professional growth.
• Keeping informed about industry trends and technological advancements.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on factors including actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company; and the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
