Lead Product Designer

The Lead Product Designer will own and shape core end-to-end product experiences for an early-stage digital product. This is a hands-on, design-led role focused on experience strategy, interaction design, usability research, and prototyping, with close collaboration across product and engineering teams. AI tools will be integrated into both the products and the design workflow.

• Design end-to-end user experiences and product workflows
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs to bring concepts to life
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and Design Engineers
• Participate in user research and usability testing activities
• Validate design solutions through testing, feedback, and iteration
• Translate customer and business needs into intuitive product experiences
• Use AI tools as part of the design and prototyping process
• Contribute to product strategy and experience direction for a new digital product
• Support implementation and delivery by collaborating closely with engineering teams
• Continuously improve experiences based on user insights and product learnings

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
• 8 years minimum related work experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work including flows, interaction design, and visual craft
• Experience designing and testing prototypes with real users, and translating findings into design decisions
• Ability to work in iterative development cycles with engineering and product management
• Clear written and verbal communication, including presenting work to stakeholders and leadership
• Comfort with ambiguity, including driving a loosely defined problem toward a validated design direction

• Experience designing AI-powered or conversational product experiences
• Experience with AI-assisted design and prototyping tools
• Background in fintech, financial services, or other regulated industries
• Experience contributing to or working within an enterprise design system
• Familiarity with moderated and unmoderated research methods
• Experience supporting new product initiatives from concept through launch

Pay Range: USD 101, per yearly
